📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to schedule follow-up interviews.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and interview feedback.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and completing necessary documentation.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Passionate about helping others and contributing to the success of the organization.
