Central Distribution Officer

Our distribution centers in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung are at the heart of our operations, and we are looking for a talented and dedicated Central Distribution Officer to join our team.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products are available when and where our customers need them. You will be responsible for managing our inventory, coordinating with our drivers and delivery partners, and ensuring that our distribution centers are running smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our distribution centers, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and in the best condition possible.
• Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products are available when and where our customers need them.
• Coordinate with our drivers and delivery partners to ensure that our deliveries are made efficiently and on time.
• Monitor and analyze distribution center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure that our distribution centers are staffed with knowledgeable and skilled employees.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in logistics and distribution management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and distribution management, with a focus on inventory management and order processing.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA.
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) such as Descartes, Manhattan Associates, or Transplace.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and distribution best practices, including inventory control, demand forecasting, and transportation planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of employees and external partners.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
