🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, laws, and regulations in Indonesia.
