• Provide technical support to employees, resolving their IT-related queries and issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute IT projects and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery drills to safeguard our data.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to improve our IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations or a related role.
• Proficient in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and software applications.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
