Plus Crystal Abadi is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring their efficient and safe operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in fleet management to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies and procedures.,Provide support to the fleet supervisor in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe and operational condition.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet-related activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
