📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management and customer service.,Ensuring compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and standards.,Providing expert pharmaceutical advice to customers and staff.,Leading and mentoring a team of apotekers and support staff.,Managing the pharmacy's budget and financial performance.,Participating in continuous professional development and training programs.,Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.,Implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmacy services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.,Valid SIKA (Surat Izin Kerja Apoteker) and APT (Asisten Apoteker) certificates.
