Warung Cahya Digital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results, and maintaining a safe and efficient lab environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.,Lead a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality test results.,Perform and supervise a variety of laboratory tests, including but not limited to, blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic procedures.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Conduct training and development activities for lab technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and report on laboratory performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in clinical laboratory testing.,Certification in laboratory safety and quality assurance is a plus.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of lab technicians.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as CLIA and CAP.
