📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular internal audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage the accounting department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance financial controls and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and auditing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficient in using SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
