📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services to employees, including routine check-ups, first aid, and emergency response.
• Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify potential health risks and promote early intervention.
• Administer vaccinations, manage chronic conditions, and provide health education to employees.
• Develop and implement workplace wellness programs to improve employee health and productivity.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and effective treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses.
• Monitor and maintain medical records and health statistics to support data-driven decision making.
• Participate in injury prevention initiatives and workplace safety programs.
• Provide support and guidance to employees regarding health-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational healthcare or a similar role.
• Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar.
• First aid and CPR certification.
