📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employers.
