📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures and financial improvements.
  • Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting and finance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
