📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of sites, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and meet our high standards.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of our workforce.,Monitor and report on site performance, including productivity, quality, and cost.,Provide technical guidance and support to our team members.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar.,Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery.
