📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining the telesales team's performance and productivity.,Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and complaints.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients.,Assist in the development and implementation of telesales strategies and plans.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to telesales activities.,Assist in the training and development of new telesales staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all telesales activities and interactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of telesales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and other telesales tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Passionate about sales and customer service.
