As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of banquets and events, ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and setup of banquet facilities, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.,Serve food and beverages to guests during banquets and events.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are served promptly and in the correct quantities.,Assist in the cleanup and breakdown of banquet facilities after the event.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area throughout the event.,Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager and other staff members to ensure smooth event operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a food service or banquet staff role is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage service procedures.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
