📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Prepare sales reports and present findings to the management team.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the retail or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
