As a Field Marketing Promoter, you will be the face of Wismilak, working closely with local communities and retail partners to ensure our products reach the right customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products in various markets across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will use your excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and retail partners, ensuring that our products are well-represented and well-received in the local market.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Promote Wismilak products through various marketing channels, including social media, events, and retail partnerships.
- Engage with customers and retail partners to build strong relationships and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your marketing skills.
- Represent Wismilak at local events and promotions to increase brand awareness.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing or a related role.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and increasing brand awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
