📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive fire prevention and emergency response plans.
• Train employees on safety procedures and conduct regular safety drills.
• Monitor and maintain fire suppression systems, emergency lighting, and evacuation routes.
• Respond to emergency situations, including fires and medical emergencies, ensuring the safety of personnel and facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire safety and emergency response.
• Certification as a Fire Safety Officer (FSO) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using fire suppression systems, emergency lighting, and evacuation equipment.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards relevant to palm oil mill operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
