Rejeki Anggi Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Finance Officer to join our team. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the clinic's financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the clinic.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the clinic's financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.,Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the management team.,Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and ensure it is adhered to.,Monitor and maintain the clinic's financial records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports as required.,Provide financial advice and support to the clinic's management team.,Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
