📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT-related topics.,Maintain accurate records of all IT-related activities and issues.,Coordinate with other IT staff to ensure seamless operation of the IT infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
