📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles for various tasks and projects.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track vehicle usage and fuel consumption to optimize costs.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety and operational guidelines.,Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance and maintenance.,Support the Fleet Manager in implementing and maintaining fleet policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to vehicle services.,Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance fleet management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
