📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.,Source, screen, and recruit top-tier talent for various healthcare roles within the organization.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and industry networks.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the organization.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process.,Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.,Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.,Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its unique recruitment challenges.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
