📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and deliver engaging live presentations showcasing residential and commercial properties
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all client inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
• Use CRM and property management tools to track and manage client interactions
• Assist in marketing efforts by promoting new listings and special offers
• Provide exceptional customer service to potential buyers and investors
• Stay updated on market trends and new property developments
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills
• Contribute to the overall success of Graha Perdana Indah by promoting our brand and properties

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or a related field
• Proven ability to engage and persuade audiences in live presentations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property management software
• Knowledge of the real estate market in Sawangan, Jawa Barat, is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
