PT Cendana Eksekutif Nusantara is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.,Monitor project costs and prepare regular reports for senior management.,Conduct cost analysis and prepare cost control plans.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide cost advice and recommendations to project managers and other stakeholders.,Prepare and submit monthly cost reports and other required documentation.,Perform other related duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field.,Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.,Proficiency in using cost management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry standards and practices.,Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the construction industry.
