Puskesmas Hendra Auto Service is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and servicing.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations for the fleet.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
