FiberHome Telecommunication Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FTTH Design Engineer to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning fiber network infrastructure to support FTTH (Fiber to the Home) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network design, project management, and a deep understanding of fiber optics technology.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and plan fiber network infrastructure for FTTH projects, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of fiber networks with existing infrastructure.,Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to identify optimal locations for fiber network deployment.,Develop technical specifications and design documents for fiber network projects.,Oversee the implementation of fiber network projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in fiber optics technology and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in fiber network design and implementation.,Proven track record of successfully managing FTTH projects.,Strong knowledge of fiber optics technology, including fiber types, connectors, and splicing techniques.,Proficiency in network design tools and software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.,Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.,Familiarity with local regulations and standards for fiber network deployment in Indonesia.
