📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems to improve efficiency and performance.,Conduct process analysis and implement improvements to enhance production output and reduce costs.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems with other components of the production process.,Monitor and maintain mechanical systems to ensure they operate within safe and efficient parameters.,Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical system issues to minimize downtime and production losses.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in mechanical systems.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.,Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring that mechanical systems are integrated into overall project objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical systems optimization and process engineering.,Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including but not limited to, automation, control systems, and mechanical design.,Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies, such as CAD, CAM, and simulation software.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Ability to travel, if necessary, to support projects and activities.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
