Karyacipta Bangun Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects by providing accurate and timely cost management solutions.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop and implement cost control strategies, monitor project budgets, and provide cost-related advice.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement cost control strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports to project managers.
  • Prepare and analyze cost estimates, bills of quantities, and cost plans.
  • Advise on cost-related matters and provide recommendations to project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior Quantity Surveyors.
  • Participate in site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project costs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proficiency in cost management software and tools.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry and practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Valid Indonesian work permit and ability to work in Bali.
