📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high quality of hires.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain and update job descriptions and ensure alignment with company goals.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employment agencies.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on recruitment activities.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
