📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and industry standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Lead and mentor the restaurant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Manage the budget and financial performance of the restaurant.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus.
