📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Develop user manuals, guides, and other instructional materials,Review and edit technical documents to ensure they meet quality standards,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials for our employees,Participate in product development meetings and provide input on documentation needs,Work with the marketing team to create product literature and promotional materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing tools,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with HTML and other web-based technologies is a plus
