HAVEN Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. This is an urgent position and we are looking for a professional who is passionate about training and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to employees.,Develop and maintain training materials and resources.,Conduct training needs analysis and assessment.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training objectives are met.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Report on training program outcomes and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR software.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
