Zone Net Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to our employees. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and making recommendations for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and deliver training programs to our employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and online training modules,Conduct training needs analysis to identify the skills and knowledge gaps of our employees,Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and on-the-job training,Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainers and employees to ensure the successful delivery of training programs,Monitor and report on the progress of training programs and the development of employees,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting,Strong knowledge of training and development theories and practices,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with training management systems and software,Ability to travel as required
