📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage PhilHealth and HMO claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Verify client eligibility for healthcare benefits and assist in claim resolution.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance partners to facilitate seamless service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client information and claim status using our in-house system.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in healthcare benefits and insurance policies.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare benefits, insurance claims processing, or a related role.
• Proficient in using healthcare management systems such as PhilHealth Online Services, HMO partner platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of PhilHealth and HMO regulations and policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
