📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and efficient resource management.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics flow.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels using SAP and other logistics software.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Certification in Logistics Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or similar logistics software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
