As a Customer Service Representative (Operations), you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service, all while using our advanced CRM system, Zendesk.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Resolve customer issues using our CRM system, Zendesk, and other relevant tools.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
- Provide training and support to new hires in the customer service department.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Zendesk.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid SIM card and ability to work in Bali.
