📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, using authentic Lebanese and Mediterranean recipes.
• Assist the head chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and healthy dining experience.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Participate in inventory management and cost control to ensure efficient use of ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef De Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine, including traditional recipes and techniques.
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools, including ovens, stoves, and grills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid food handler's certificate.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
