📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee data and ensure accuracy in our HRIS system
• Process payroll using SAP Payroll software
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies
• Provide administrative support to the HR department
• Coordinate with management to address employee concerns
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or related roles
• Familiarity with SAP Payroll and HRIS systems
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively
