📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage a team of warehouse and distribution staff, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor inventory levels using SAP and other logistics software, ensuring stock accuracy and availability.
• Track and manage shipments, coordinating with carriers and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures in the warehouse.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and distribution operations, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP or other ERP systems, and familiarity with logistics software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
